LATE REGISTRATION will be Tuesday June 3rd at Elmhurst Presbyterian Church (corner of St. Charles & Spring) from 7 to 8:30!!!

This is your last chance to register before being put on a wait list.  You MUST enter your player and volunteer information on line and print out the forms and bring them with your payment of $120 per child for Elmhurst residents and $125 per child for non-Elmhurst residents.

Registration at the discounted rate is over.  You can continue to preregister online for the fall season.  Keep checking the website for a potential night for late registrations.  You will bring in your forms and payment at that time.  Wednesday April 9th, Wednesday April 16th, & Thursday April 17th, 7 pm to 9 pm at York Highschool.

Pre-registration is required at http://eAYSO.org and will be available starting April 1st.  (The web site is down Monday evenings for maintenance.)  You need to preregister online for each child as well as for yourself as a volunteer.  If you are paying online, print out the receipt and bring it to registration.  Also print the player forms after you paid so that it shows the payment information on the bottom of the form.  Also print the volunteer forms.

If you do not pay online, bring cash or check for payment on site.  We can only accept credit cards online.

Bring the UNSIGNED player and volunteer forms with you to the late Registration with a photo ID for verification.

Fees are as follows:

On or before Thursday April 17th:

• Elmhurst Resident:  $70
• Non-Elmhurst Resident:  $75

AFTER Thursday April 17th:

• Elmhurst Resident:  $120
• Non-Elmhurst Resident:  $125
